How long does shipping take for custom darts?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days. However, for personalized or custom-made dart sets, please allow an additional 7-10 days for precision engineering and quality testing.
What is your return policy on dartboards?
We offer a 30-day return policy for dartboards and accessories. Items must be in their original packaging and unused. Please note that used dartboards with surface puncture marks cannot be returned unless defective.
